Programming Call Overflow

To program Call Overflow:

1. Program the rerouting timers for the first member of the hunt group.

2. Class of Service Options form

• Assign timer values to the "Call Forward No Answer" and "Answer Plus System Rerouting" timers.

NOTE: Rerouting timers are determined by the Class of Service of the pilot number of the hunt group, and apply to all members of the hunt group. To prevent rerouting problems that may occur if the first agent in the group leaves, ensure that each member of the group has the same COS as the first member of the group.

3. Station Attributes form

• Program the COS from the previous step against the directory number of the first member of the hunt group.
